Credit Union Life Insurance Society, Joint-Stock Company (Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie Spółdzielczych Kas Oszczędnościowo-Kredytowych Spółka Akcyjna; TU SKOK ŻYCIE S.A.) started operating within the credit union system in December 2003. The society's offer includes popular group life insurance with many additional options. One of the most popular of those is Promesa - a protective insurance allowing the borrower to protect his/her family and co-signers. Should the borrower die, it is the insurance society that takes over the duty to repay the outstanding portion of the debt.
In 2005 the CU Life Insurance Society was awarded ISO 9001 Quality Certificate as regards designing products and providing life insurance.
